Delivery for Purchases Made by Credit Card - Money Order/EFT

What is the right of withdrawal?

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the buyers have the right to return the products without giving any reason and paying the shipping fee, using their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. Please Read the Return Policy. Every institution must implement the law.

What are the Return Conditions?

-Returns are made with the original box or packaging. The original box, packaging must be damaged (products with shipping labels attached and duct tape are not acceptable) and must not lose their ability to be sold for return.

- The consumer must use his right of withdrawal or return the product he has purchased as a result of the decision of the relevant arbitral tribunal/court, to the SELLER via PPT Cargo. In case the returned product is sent with the PTT cargo company, the costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal or the return of the product shall belong to the SELLER. In case of product return shipping other than the PPT cargo company specified by the SELLER, the return shipping shipping costs will be borne by the CONSUMER.

- For products that may have incompatibility problems in product selection, you should definitely order by receiving technical support for compatibility. When the original packaging of this type of product is opened, it is not possible to return it. (Ex: Smartgen controllers, USR Marin generator (For USR Marin generators, the return shipping will be covered by the CONSUMER.)

Return Policy for Special Products

In order for electronic products to be returned within the "Right of Withdrawal", the purchased product must not be damaged in its original box, the invoice and all complementary accessories must be sent with the product. If not sent, the return request will be rejected. For products that are installed by the service, no refund will be made if the box is opened and installed, except for the service. If a network connection is established with the purchased generator control product, cloud communication product sim card, WiFi, the device will be in the 2nd hand status. According to the relevant legislation, within the scope of the right of withdrawal, "the product's salable feature should not be lost". For this reason, products with a sim card inserted or connected to WiFi cannot be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal. In case of defective product, the store should be contacted. For return requests between 14 days and 6 months excluding the Right of Withdrawal, electronic products must go to the technical service and a return decision has been made by the service.

Defective Product Return and Exchange

Within 20 working days from the receipt of the product by the Authorized Factory Service, in line with the inspection report it will give, the same product can be replaced with a new one, refunded, paid for, or repaired and sent back to you.
However, if the malfunction/defect in your product is detected as "user error" (dropping, liquid contact, etc.); no action will be taken.
