There is no formal education requirement to become a customer service officer. Companies look for different training criteria in candidates depending on their business capacity and the sector in which they operate.

Payment Methods

Payment by Credit Card

By adding the product you like to your shopping cart, you can continue shopping before you reach the purchasing stage.

After selecting the products you want, you should complete the shopping and come to the "Shopping Cart" screen. After selecting "Credit Card" as the "Payment Method" from here, you can proceed to the next screen by clicking the "Next Step" button.

After selecting the credit card and installment options on the payment screen and filling in the card information, click the "Next Step" button to proceed to the "Confirm Your Order Information" screen. After checking your order information, you can complete your order by ticking the contract confirmation boxes and clicking the "Complete Order" button.

You will be notified with a text message when your payment is confirmed. When you receive this message, your order is in the preparation phase.

Payment by Bank Transfer

By adding the product you like to your shopping cart, you can continue shopping before you reach the purchasing stage.

After selecting the products you want, you should complete the shopping and come to the "Shopping Cart" screen. From here, you can select the "Money Transfer / EFT" option as the "Payment Method" and click the "Next Step" button to proceed to the next screen.

After filling in the delivery and billing address information, click the "Next Step" button to proceed to the "Choose Shipping Method" screen. After making your selection on this screen, click the "Next Step" button to proceed to the "Payment Information" screen. Fill in the information on this screen. Click the "Next Step" button to proceed to the "Confirm Your Order Information" screen. After checking your order information, you can complete your order by ticking the contract confirmation boxes and clicking the "Complete Order" button.

Payments made to our defined accounts are approved within the same day according to the order of arrival of the transfer.

EFT transactions made to our bank account numbers may vary depending on the bank and the time of payment. EFTs made in the afternoon are processed the next day.

You will be notified by an e-mail message that your money transfer/EFT transaction has been approved. When you receive this message, your order is in the preparation phase.
